Physical exercise is not only the key to losing weight, but it
also has major health benefits: Helps you lose weight and

our metabolism come from exercise and building our muscle mass,
while reducing our body fat.

Adding more muscle to the body, in turn causes us to burn more
calories, and this helps to elevate our metabolic rate. It also
gives your body the energy you need and makes you feel good.
Working out at a gym is a great way to boost energy levels and
lose weight. , based on highly scientific testimonies by others
as well as personal experience your over all feeling of well
being and self esteem will increase ten fold, if an exercise
program is followed for at least six months This will burn
many calories increasing muscle mass and you will look great as
well. The heavier more intense training will add more muscle if
building bigger muscles is the desired result. Any type of
weight training will build muscle giving you an increased
metabolism. Doing something is always better than nothing at
all You will need to boost your resting metabolism by building
lean muscle mass by walking, running or a cardiovascular
workout. start of slow even if you only do ten minutes a day
and you do this religiously you will see the benefits the
discipline of making a start and continuing to do so will
increase your personal power and you will develop your exercise
routine into a habit that once developed you will find hard to
stop, you will have formed a good foundation on which you can
build.

Diet is important also if your body is used to having a certain
amount of energy every day and you drastically and suddenly
reduce this amount then you are likely to feel drained and
exhausted; prone to mood swings, food cravings and binges, and
ultimately to give up. If you are eating high calorie foods
substitute these for fruits and vegetables raw salads lean
meats and high nutrient foods and you will avoid these problems
eat some nuts two hours before a meal when you get those hunger
cravings only a hand full though don't eat the whole packet.

Losing more than 3 pounds a week is not recommended;
unfortunately many of the fad diets claiming rapid weight loss
are often achieving this at the expense of muscle loss. When
dieting, your combined weight loss could potentially come from
fat loss, water loss, or muscle loss. - it will be muscle or
water weight that your loosing so try to keep it to 2-3 ponds
or 1 kilo per week to maintain as much muscle weight as
possible

In conclusion a sensible diet will provide you with all the
necessary nutrients such as Carbohydrates, Proteins, Fats,
vitamins and minerals needed for weight loss, improved health
and overall fitness and in conjunction with proper exercise
will be more than unmatched in helping you achieve these goals.
